Every Thursday from 19:00 – 20:15 there is a quiet evening of tea ceremony, sound and voice.
I call these evenings Sound Alchemy because simple elements – tea, sound and voice – come together here into a shared experience. Something everyday becomes conscious and turns into something deeper.
We begin with a tea ceremony to arrive. A sound bath then follows, accompanied by singing bowls, voice and intuitive song.
An evening to let go, recharge and simply be.

Breath &
Sound Alchemy
On selected evenings we combine conscious breathwork with a deep sound bath – a journey inward, through body, emotion and resonance.
Paula, as a breath therapist and producer, leads you through a transformative breath session that invites you to feel your breath consciously again and to set inner processes in motion. Through guided breath, a space arises in which tensions release, emotions begin to flow and more presence becomes possible in your own body.
Then an alchemical sound bath opens, which I hold. With singing bowls, voice and intuitive frequencies a field arises that catches you, integrates and guides you deeper into a state of stillness and inner order.
The combination of breath and sound acts like a bridge: from active experience into receptive being.
These evenings are for you if you:
