Frequently Asked Questions
Sound Therapy & Sound Session
What is sound therapy?
Sound therapy is a holistic form of frequency and resonance work. The subtle vibrations of voice, instruments and their overtones are not only heard but perceived by the whole body.
Sound can support the nervous system in reaching a state of deep relaxation. In this space, body and mind are allowed to settle, while inner processes such as letting go, regeneration and self-awareness are gently encouraged.
Every sound session is unique. Each person meets the sound in their own way — creating an individual experience carried by the resonance of the moment.
What is a sound session?
A sound session is an invitation to settle and arrive fully in the moment. The vibrations of voice and instruments can be deeply relaxing and support physical and emotional wellbeing.
How does a session work?
You lie clothed and comfortable on the sound bed while sound and vibration work on you. A session lasts 60 minutes and offers space for relaxation, regeneration and conscious awareness.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. No prior experience is required. All you need to bring is openness to the experience.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing you feel good in. Everything else is provided on site.
Can I book a session even if I just want to relax?
Yes. Many people come without a specific concern. A sound session can simply be a conscious time-out — a moment to settle and gather new strength.
Is a sound session suitable for everyone?
In principle, yes. In the case of pregnancy, a pacemaker, epilepsy or acute health issues, I recommend contacting me beforehand so we can look together at whether a session is right for you.
Sound Evenings & Private Sound Experiences
What happens at the sound evenings?
Every sound evening is unique. The music unfolds live in the moment — from voice, instruments, silence and the atmosphere of the shared space. There is no fixed programme and no repetition.
Can I book a private sound evening?
Yes. Whether a wedding, birthday, baby shower, retreat or another special occasion — together we design an individual sound experience shaped to the place and the group.
Sound Practitioner Training
Do I need prior experience for the training?
No. The training is suited to beginners as well as people from therapeutic, educational or holistic professions.
Can I offer sound sessions myself after the training?
Yes. After completion, you will have the professional and practical foundations to accompany people with sound professionally.
